The print came out right, which was great, but the size was a little off from what I expected (not a huge deal, but still noticeable). Overall, it was mostly fine.

I was disappointed with the sizing on this. Compared to other items I’ve bought in the same size, this fit was way off and just didn’t feel right at all...

I had a small issue with my t-shirt order because the print didn’t come out quite how I was expecting. I’ve ordered custom shirts from other places before, so I know these things can happen, but it was still a little disappointing at first.

I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quickly. The person I spoke with was friendly and didn’t make it feel like a big hassle, which I really appreciated.
I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to follow up once, but overall they handled it well and made things right. Based on this experience, I’d be willing to order from them again.

I tried using the design tool and it was frustrating. Stuff kept shifting around when I was trying to line things up, and resizing things was sort of unclear or just didn’t work how I expected. It ended up taking way longer than it probably should have. After messing with it for a while, I basically gave up because it felt clunky and annoying. Not a great experience overall.

Returning the item was already a bit awkward, but the refund taking forever made it worse. I kept feeling like they were hoping I’d just stop chasing it up, which isn’t a great impression. Still not fully sorted, so I’m frustrated.

The t-shirt showed up on time, so no issue there, but the quality just feels kind of cheap. After one wash, the print already looked a little faded, and the fabric is thinner than I expected. It’s not the worst shirt ever, but it was definitely disappointing and feels like something that could’ve been avoidable.

I remember staring at this tiny placement box while my coffee had gone completely cold, which is probably the weird detail that stuck with me most. I kept wishing there were better controls for sizing, colors, and where exactly the design would land.

The material felt cheap too, which seems to happen every time you try one of these kinds of shirts. For the price, I definitely expected better. I wouldn’t order again.

Overall, not a great experience, and I probably wouldn’t use them again.
